Victor E. Van UNLV (University of Las Vegas, Nevada) is the ultimate fan. He admires everything great about sports and knows that hard work, fair play, plus treating teammates and opponents with respect are what scores highest in the hearts of true fans.
Victor gears up for the game by decorating himself with his team's colorful emblems and pennants. Each time his team scores, Victor honks his horn and performs a few jubilant spins. If his team wins, he celebrates with a proud Victor E. lap around the parking lot.

The University of Las Vegas (UNLV) Rebels:
- The University of Las Vegas Rebels football team had their first season in 1968, when UNLV was part of what was known as Nevada Southern University.
- The team participates in the Mountain West Conference (MWC).
- Some of the team's past stars include Randall Cunningham, Suge Knight, Kenny Mayne, Keenan McCardell, Adam Seward, and Ickey Woods.
- The team won the Las Vegas Bowl in 1994 and 2000.
- The team's home at Sam Boyd Stadium seats nearly 37,000 people.
- The team's colors are scarlet and grey and and its mascot (viewable on the Victor E. Van UNLV stickers) is known as Hey Reb, which replaced an earlier wolf mascot in the 1970s. The popularity of the mustachioed rebel figure is said to have propelled the school's athletic merchandise sales enormously.
